The key components of our manufacturing process lie in depth drawn from extensive collaborations during the design process with costumers. To ensure all courts are manufactured and assembled at the highest level, we utilize the latest technology in Computer Numerical Control (CNC) and laser cutting to ensure a versatile, durable, and even surfacing for the players. The courts are extensively tested to ensure the meet the highest level of international safety and ace performance to meet CE mark standards. Unlike the majority of our competitors who focus on just one step of the process or component, we focus on all steps of the process and all components. This enables us to be as flexible as possible with our customers and while other cour providers will only see the courts as as units, in Whale Sport's perspective all Alpine Pickleball Courts are units of a community center.
