Whale Sport Launches T6 Aluminum + Carbon Fiber Hybrid Frame: 40% Lighter, 35% Stronger

On July 3, 2025, Whale Sport officially unveiled its nextgeneration padel court frame system in Queensland, Australia – a hybrid structure combining aviationgrade T6 heattreated aluminum and carbon fiber reinforced composite. Compared to traditional galvanized steel frames, the new frame reduces weight by 40%, increases tensile strength by 35%, and offers complete resistance to saltspray corrosion. The frame will debut in the Full Panorama Padel Court project with SB Pty Ltd in Australia. Whale Sport‘s R&D director stated, “The T6 aluminum plus pultruded carbon fiber extends court lifespan to over 20 years, making it ideal for rooftop and mobile applications.”
